𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑺𝑶𝑳𝑶 𝒅𝒐𝒆𝒔𝒏’𝒕 𝒂𝒍𝒘𝒂𝒚𝒔 𝒎𝒆𝒂𝒏 𝒚𝒐𝒖’𝒓𝒆 𝒂𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒆!
This has been a conversation I’ve been having a lot lately.
What does “solo” traveller mean?
👉🏼Is it because you’re single?
👉🏼Is it because you spend the whole time of your trip alone?
The way I view it, the moment you take that first step on a journey, whether you will spend your trip solo, meet up with a tour group, friends, or a mix of both, it’s YOUR solo journey.
Whether you’re married, have a partner or are single, if you take that trip alone, again it’s your SOLO journey.
SOLO TRAVEL-is your own experience on how you want to travel, don’t feel you need to travel a certain way to have a valid solo travel experience!
If you want to mix it up with the time you spend alone or time spent with a new group of other travellers, (like free walking tours, day tours, meet-ups or small group tours) that’s totally up to you!
Some of my best friends I have meet on my solo travels!
Your JOURNEY, your way.

‘𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒘𝒂𝒚 𝑰 𝒔𝒆𝒆 𝒊𝒕, 𝒊𝒇 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒘𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒃𝒐𝒘, 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒈𝒐𝒕𝒕𝒂 𝒑𝒖𝒕 𝒖𝒑 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏” That is such a great quote and a true statement for our tour of Cuba.
Firstly, for some just getting there was difficult. ✈️
Add on ongoing power supply issues. ⚡️
Then a hurricane! 🌀
But was it all worth it to see the “rainbows” of Cuba, its culture and its people? YES!
Some journeys are not easy, but that doesn’t make them any less transformative and powerful.
Where have you been that was difficult to get to but was worth every minute to get there?
