From creating spaces for women to travel safer, happier and easier, to online communities-then to seeing these connections evolve into true friendships is amazing!
All these ladies arrived as strangers when they first met, but left as friends. So hosting “meet-ups” where everyone can reconnect again is such a magic feeling.

𝑳𝒆𝒕’𝒔 𝒈𝒆𝒕 𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆!
I had such a fun day recently creating my first journal and 💭 thought, wouldn’t it be a great opportunity to create travel journals?
PLUS this workshop was a great way to connect with new people and old friends.
If you are like me I save all my ticket stubs, tourist site entry tickets and other odds and ends which normally just end up in a box.
But by creating a travel journal you can add anything, photos, trinkets and all those ticket stubs!
Have you made a travel journal?

Travelling alone as a woman can be one of the most liberating and rewarding experiences in life. It sure was for me, and something that helped me rebuild my confidence.
For my 40th birthday I spent it in Paris with strangers I had just met at my hostel. 🎆
I went hang-gliding in Rio when I was terrified of heights. 🏞️
Spent the night in the Sahara Desert.🎇
And experiencing volunteering in Wales, Thailand, Morocco and Italy. 🌠
It allows you to explore new places on your own terms, push yourself out of your comfort zone, and meet amazing people along the way. However, it can also be intimidating and overwhelming, especially if you’re new to solo travel.
The good news is that with a little preparation and the right mindset, you can build confidence and make the most of your journey.
And believe me, you’ll find you are more capable than you think!
